Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest
Cancellation requests must be sent by email or phone.

1.1 Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.

1.2 No-Show
In case of no-show on the day of the reservation, no refund will be given and the full stay will be charged.

2. Reservation Modification
Any request to modify the reservation (change of dates, number of nights, or accommodation) is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation by Villa Chantyviere
In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, serious technical issue, or unavailability of the property), Villa Chantyviere reserves the right to cancel a booking. The guest will receive a full refund with no additional compensation.

4. Force Majeure
No refund or compensation can be claimed in case of cancellation due to force majeure events (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.). Rescheduling options may be considered based on availability.

5. Refund Procedure
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the booking. Processing may take 7 to 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.
